D37 Power Unit With MSP100 Pump
The D37 is a diesel driven hydraulic power pack designed to operate a range of hydraulic equipment such as submersible pumps used in salvage or oil transfer operations. Driven by a powerful 37hp / 28kW water-cooled diesel engine, mounted in a painted steel frame. The power pack includes hydraulic pressure, tank level / temperature gauges, a large hydraulic tank with filler/strainer, a hydraulic filter, stainless steel quick couplings. Fork lift pockets and central left point are incorporated.
Optional : Spares kit, engine overspeed protection valve, hydraulic hoses, product transfer hose, submersible salvage pump, hose reel.
To pair with the D37, we recommend the MSP 100, a light and compact high-capacity hydraulic-driven centrifugal screw pump. Slow liquids speeds and low shear forces in the cargo are a direct consequence of the shape of the impeller, this makes the pump suitable for liquids which have to be handled carefully and without excessive motion and turbulence. This special quality of the pump makes it perfect for oil recovery operations. Suitable for operation in hazardous areas. Low Emulsifying properties due to low velocities and low shear forces. Non clogging characteristic. No overload risk when pump is blocked.
