Centrifugal Pumps
Centrifugal pumps are devices used to move liquids from one point to another by utilizing centrifugal force. They consist of a casing, impeller, shaft, and motor. The impeller, a rotating disc with vanes, is the heart of the pump. As the impeller spins, it creates a centrifugal force, pushing the liquid outward towards the casing.
Diaphragm Pumps
Diaphragm pumps are positive displacement pumps that use a diaphragm to move fluid. The diaphragm is a flexible membrane that separates the pump’s inlet and outlet. As the diaphragm moves, it displaces the fluid, forcing it out of the pump. Diaphragm pumps are used in a variety of applications, including oil spill response, and food and beverage production.
Helical Screw Pumps
Elastec helical screw pumps are highly versatile and robust helical screw pumps that are capable of handling a wide variety of liquids including heavy and contaminated oils. The chrome carbide coated impeller and volute is coupled with a lightweight casing. These pumps are able to generate high discharge pressure and flows. They are capable of running dry and handling solids and only weigh 47 lbs / 21 kg.
Hydraulically Driven Submersible Pumps

Lobe Pumps
The Elastec Lobe pump is a heavy-duty diesel driven or electric pump set, the lobe pump is capable of handling solids and viscous materials. For industrial or oil spill applications up to for product transfer such as filling and emptying trucks and transferring slurry between pits. Matched to an electric start 9hp / 6.7kW diesel engine the pump can deliver up to 159 gpm / 36 m3/h @ 58 psi / 4 bar.
Peristaltic Pumps
Elastec peristaltic pumps can transfer a wide variety of liquids and oils without emulsification of oil and water mixtures. The pumps are able to run dry and generate suction. Peristaltic pumps are ideal for abrasive and shear sensitive liquids, with a gentle pump action.
