WATER BAFFLES

Water baffle systems are flow control devices which increase the retention time in water treatment facilities, oxidation ponds, clarifiers, water cooling, clear wells, reservoirs, wastewater treatment plants and potable water applications. American Marine, a division of Elastec, has been manufacturing quality floating boom and barrier products since 1967.

Baffle systems are custom fabricated for specific locations for easy installation and superior performance. Elastec floating baffle systems incorporate the optimal components for your water treatment conditions. Baffle components are selected for their corrosive resistant properties, ability to withstand ultraviolet radiation, chemical resistance, hydrodynamic conditions and other specifications. Our manufacturing process is capable of building one-piece baffle sections up to 2,500 ft / 762 m, which reduces onsite assembly.
