Will the oil containment boom be used for emergency response or long term installation? Describe the operating environment for the boom (river, harbor, coastal, offshore). What is the current where the boom would be deployed? How deep is the water? Do you have support equipment (boats, etc.)? Do you need inflatable or foam filled boom?
